Can I fix this myself

your WORDPRESS homepage is blank, I have the title bar and can access my blog, but the links to the reader, freshly pressed and quick post are not working.
Could it be that the new version contains programming to link to Ipad the programs of which I have tried to uninstall (and thought I succeeded) as I no longer have the ipad. Black holes, wireless drivers that I don’t know about, id problems and simple wrong suffixes somewhere have all sprung to mind but as I have no idea how to deal with any of them I would appreciate your help.I just cannot understand how half the system works but the rest is non-existent.
