Hi,
PHPMyAdmin and MySQL access are available to administrators on the WordPress.com Business and eCommerce plans.
if you don’t have some these packages, then you can try to get a copy of your database by clicking on jetpack then activity log, if you can’t… well, I will tag this post to a staff member. I’m only a volunteer and can’t acces your account.

Thanks franxiscoflores1! I’m using a free plan package on WordPress. Now I’m migrating it to my new hosting and domain on Bluehost but this site requires a .sql and .zip files to upload the database.

Hi there,
On WordPress.com you can only export an XML file containing posts, pages, comments, categories, and tags. You can also download a ZIP file with all your Media Library files. You can find more information here:
https://wordpress.com/support/export/
If on your new host you’re going to use the WordPress software, then you can use the official importer and migrate your site. You can find detailed instructions here:

Hi fstat, thanks for the suggestions. I’ve tried many ways but nothing worked. At first, I used the “Migrate your website” option on Bluehost but it just supported the site url ending with .com or others rather than “.home.blog” like mine. Then I tried creating a new site on Bluehost, using WordPress builder, and imported the .xml which I downloaded from my current site to the new one (I also used the plugin WP-All-Import as recommended in the link you sent) but it said “Failed to import…”. Please help!

The only way to migrate a free WordPress.com site is through the official importer that’s built into WordPress.
What is the exact error message you get when you try to import the XML file?
