  I deleted my site back in 2017… but now I want to view the posts I wrote on it, is there anyway I can do that?

  If you definitely deleted the content probably not. What was the full address of the site? Was it a free site here at WordPress.com or a site hosted elsewhere? Was it popular enough at the time to be indexed by the Wayback Machine?
