  I’d like Goodz Magazine by Themes Kingdom. Is that possible?

  It is not possible to upload a 3rd party theme on free WordPress.com sites, so you may want to consider upgrading to our WordPress.com Business Plan, which will allow you to upload 3rd party themes/plugins
