Can I get a new domain NOT connected to old domain?

  I have a wordpress address. I want a new domain NOT connected to the that address. This I couldn’t find anywhere. Can I do this? I do not want these connected.

  You can create a new blog from the My Blogs tab on the WordPress.com home page. By doing that, you’ll create a new blog separate from http://deborahthomasdesign.wordpress.com/ .
