  Can a change the name of my blog and thus get a new matching URL?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You just can change your blog name (i.e Blog Title).
  Select Setting–>General–> and change Blog Title and it’s tagline.
  If you want new url, you only have one solution : make new another blog.
