Can I get a post back to original blog address & keep the postdate the same?

    I created a new blog yesterday called X. My post which I very deliberately posted on 14 Feb and for only this blog has travelled to Y blog. Can you help? I am only just starting on here and it was so very important for me for it all to work perfectly. I dont know if the template is no longer available on X but I definitely definitely wrote my two posts in there. I want to use my blogs for different things. Please can you help with simple instructions.Thank you
