Can I get a refund?

    I purchased 2 upgrades a year ago. I have since stopped using my wordpress.com sites. i just noticed a renewal charge on my credit card for the two upgrades. I did not realize I still had the upgrades and my sites have been inactive for some time. I have cancelled the upgrades but have unfortunately was charged just a few days ago. Is it possible to get any or all of the new charges refunded? Thank you for your help.
