Can I get a refund?

  Hello,

  I would like to request the cancellation and the refund of my purchase with wordpress.
  I bough a domain name for $25 on September 7th, I did not know that I can’t have the FTP with the domain name. So I cannot use this domain name. I would like to cancel this domain name.

  I also ask a question on Sept 12th on the support page because I really need an invoice for this purchase. It is for a company, and I need to have an invoice within 7 days after the purchase. No one answered me.
