Can I get a refund?

You guys sent me an email saying that my domain would expire next month…you then billed me this month, why? I was planning on canceling but then bam, you billed me before I could! I don’t understand why it renewed so quickly. I hardly had time to cancel.

Hi Cameron – We automatically renew domains one month in advance of their expiration in case there’s any problem (like an expired credit card), so there’s time to sort it out.
I’m happy to cancel and refund it. Please note that if you cancel it, there’s no guarantee it will become available to register again. If you want to use it with another site (not at WordPress.com), you should transfer it rather than cancel it.
If you’re sure you don’t want it at all anymore, please reply and confirm that I should fully cancel domain amansvoyage.com.
