  Hi I want to close my account and get a refund for the remaining time I have how do I do that?

  Hi there,

  What upgrade, on what site do you want to cancel? The account you’re using to post here only owns a site on our free plan, and has never bought any upgrades from us.

  Also note that WordPress.com upgrades have a limited refund period: 14 days for our annual plans, 7 days for our monthly plans, and 96 hours for domains. We do not issue pro-rated refunds should you cancel an upgrade outside of the refund period.
