  I am requesting a refund. I purchased an upgrade but would like my money back.

  Yes, we can cancel and refund your Value Bundle upgrade for you. I see that you’ve already registered a domain.

  We can only refund domain registrations up to 48 hours after they were registered. I can cancel the rest of your Bundle for you and refund the difference. Is this what you’d like to do?
