Can I get a refund?

  I’m new with using the computer for my irrigation company. I had intended to have a different kind of site. Not a blogging post. I have not launched the site yet because its not what I expected. I wonder if I can cancel and receive a refund?

  Did you register another username account and then purchase upgrades under that username account?

  WordPress.com is 100% free to use, unless you actually pay for any additional upgrades.

  Did you ever enter your credit card details to purchase an upgrade?
