  For what upgrade, on what site, do you want a refund?

  The WordPress.com account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any sites hosted with us on WordPress.com, and has never bought any upgrades from us.

  If you have an upgraded WordPress.com site under a different username, please log in as that username, and then you can cancel any upgrades you own from the Purchases page at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/
