    I took a look, and it doesn’t look like there’s any history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity under the account you’re currently logged into, so I don’t see anything to cancel or refund.

    Do you know what you purchased and for which website? Once we have that information, we’ll be better able to advise or point you in the right direction to get help.
