Can I get a refund for a mapped domain
-
I upgraded to map my existing rgharrison.com domain from Google Apps for use with the blog I want to create on WP. I modified the name servers on the Google Apps side according to the instructions I found on WP and I then discovered that email inbound to (email visible only to moderators and staff) no longer worked. Hoping to correct this I deleted the domain on the WP side and removed the WP name servers on the Google side. I am still unable to get my inbound email to rgharrison.com.
Where I think I went wrong in this process was failing to modify the MX records on the WP side. So, I have gotten the MX record data from Google and want to try this again but I no longer have the domain mapped to WP. I am going to re-map. I’d like a refund on the first mapping attempt. Does that make sense? If not, what does?
