Can I get a refund for a premium theme I purchased?

  I purchased a premium theme and I’m having problems doing the things I need it to do. I posted questions on forums and also contacted the theme authors site but haven’t received any feedback from either. So I was wondering if I could get a refund on the theme I purchased. I need to find a theme more suitable for my needs. The theme that I purchased is called “Gallery” by Upthemes.

  Hi Robyn,

  It looks as though I’m going to Keep the theme. I found someone to work on it for me.

  I do have another question, How do I send the theme to the person that is working on it? Can I do that through wordpress since I purchased it here?

  Hey there!

  Themes purchased here at WordPress.com must be used directly on WordPress.com sites. So, if your designer/developer wants to work on your site/theme options, he/she must be able to log into your site.

  You can invite the person to be a new administrator on your site. Once the job is done, you can revoke the privilege, if you wish.

  The person I have working on the “Gallery” theme isn’t able to do what I need it to do, so I will need to get a refund after all.

  How can I find the C-panel and FTP detail of my site. The person working on my site needs this and I have no clue on how to get it. Could some please help me!

  FTP access is not available for WordPress.com sites. You can refer to this Support doc for other ways to manage your content: http://en.support.wordpress.com/ftp-access/.
