Can I get a refund for my premium plan for a blog that I deleted?

    I purchased a premium plan with on December 28th 2015. I started making my blog but then I didn’t like how it looked so I decided to start over by deleting the blog.
    On my account, under manage purchases there is no premium plan attached to my account anymore. But I have not been reimbursed for the preimum plan on my credit card statement.
    Can I get a refund for the premium plan? I no longer have access to it under the ‘manage purchases’ section of my account.

    The staff can either refund most of the money (if you bought a custom domain name, that can only be refunded for 48 hours) or they can transfer the upgrade to another blog if you want

    Thank you for your help. I would just like a refund for the premium plan charge ($129). I don’t need a refund for a domain name.

  • The WordPress.com user account that you are posting from does not have any upgrades associated with it. This typically means that you ended up with a second user account at some point.
