can i get a refund on my premium theme renewal

    I have just been charged (yesterday) for my wordpress premium upgrade renewal. I would like to get a refund for that – I haven’t downgraded yet, but I would like to. However, I would like to keep my domain name and pay for that separately – can I do that? What are the steps I need to take?

    Hi!

    I have refunded $73 of your $99 renewal purchase. This $26 has already been applied to the domain, which is now good through 2/12/16. You can see this here:

    You can also see that I disassociated the domain from the Premium bundle so you can interact with each upgrade separately. If you would like, you can cancel the Premium bundle from the page above right now. Alternatively, you can wait and let the upgrade expire automatically on its own. The only change you’ll notice is the custom CSS under Appearance -> Customize -> CSS will not work any longer.
