Can I get a refund on the premium if I cancel a blog?

  The problem is that I wanted to cancel one blog (southhamsame) and replace it with another (youvoteorguk), Remember I am old, doddery and not very clever but that didn’t work so I put that blog onto “private”. Then I set up the new blog which I wanted to be a premium site so asked for the upgrade. What I meant to do was to transfer the upgrade from the blog no longer required to the new one. How do I cancel the one no longer required and, instead of transferring premium to the new site as that now has premium, can I ask for a credit?

  You can cancel and refund the premium upgrade at https://youvoteorguk.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=my-upgrades

  After that I can move the premium upgrade + domain from your southhamsame blog to youvoteorguk.

  That’s fantastic. I’ll do it in a minute. We no longer want/need the southamsane domain.

  We have bought youvote.org.uk and so we own that domain name – if that helps in any way. We also need am email address for YouVote. Is that included in Premium?

  Incidentally, if this takes off we shall probably need a website – and we are assuming that would be a WordPress dite.

  The domain southamsame.com has been removed as requested.

  As you can see the premium upgrade has now been moved to your youvote site and the youvote.org.uk domain has been moved to there as well: https://youvoteorguk.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=my-upgrades

  Now please go to your domain registrar’s site (where you registered youvote.org.uk and log into the control panel. You will need to update the name server records as below:

  NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

  Once that is done you can add e-mail forwarding on your domain: http://en.support.wordpress.com/email-forwarding/ or set up existing e-mail hosting:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/add-email/
