Can I get a refund, please?

I woke up this morning to find that a $12 payment had been made from my credit card to renew my blog domain (http://zoesemasekoek.com). I didn’t know was going to happen automatically, and I had no intention of renewing it. Is it possible to get a refund for this and allow my domain to close?
