Can I get a refund/pro-rated transfer?

  Hi,

  I’d like to upgrade to a WordPress.com Premium package for my blog (onanimation.wordpress.com). Since I just paid for Domain Mapping & No Ads (on another blog: onanimationblog.wordpress.com), can I get a pro-rated discount on the premium package instead of transferring and paying for some of the same features again?

  You can get a refund within 30 days for every thing except domain purchase from dashboard->Store

  If you are upgrading to a more expensive package you can get prorated credit for the unused part of the lower upgrade.

  I think it is automatic, but if you have trouble the staff can help fix the charges.

  to get the prorated credit you will need to transfer the upgrades to the proper blog before upgrading to the more expensive package
