Can i get a tagboard widget for wordpress?

I was using blogger before this and i love that i can have a tagboard where my friends can type in random comments. Just wondering if this can be done for wordpress as well. I would really lke to have that! help!

Before posting to the forum a check of the search box as well as the current threads is always advised. We do not have tag boards/shoutboxes at wordpress.com but you’re welcome to send a feedback to staff requesting one and stating your reasons for the request.
