Can I get a tagline on the Minnow theme?

    Sorry I already asked yesterday about this, but I wasn’t very clear. The Thing is that I chose the Minnow Theme for my blog and I like it. But even if the customize section offer me the possibility to set a tagline, it doesn’t appear. Does the Minnow theme support the tagline? If it doesn’t, why there’s the option to set it?
