  i wish to use mayuresh.wordpress.com which hasn’t even been touched in 5 years.
  can i get it? if not, how do i contact the owner of that blog?

  If the owner of that blog hasn’t put contact details on the site, you can try leaving a comment. Then he will have your email address to contact you. Otherwise, you’re out of luck.
