can I get access to old data/webiste without a doamin

  Hi

  I have migrated a WordPress.com site to a WordPress.org site. We then pointed the domain name away from WordPress.com

  I now need to check records of products/sales from the WordPress.com site, as there may have been an migration issue.

  is there a way? Maybe use a different doamin name?

  Hi there,

  Do you have access to the owner account for the site? You will have access to all billing information if you are able to log into that account and visit:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  Otherwise, reach out to the owner of the account and they should be able to access the receipts for you.

  Hi

  Yes I have access to the dashboard etc.. what I do not have access to is the previous website that was run on wordpress.com

  I am trying to get access to the previous site, so I can download all the sales data/Customers who have bought my products.

  Hi there!

  What’s the address of the previous website you’re referring to?

  If the site was on a different account, you’d need to log in to that account in order to see it on your dashboard. We can check once you’ve shared the address of the site in question.

  HI

  sorry for the delay in answering, when I login to the account there is nothing there?

  I cannot find the website, let alone the orders etc.

  And I don’t know if the client has deleted the original .com website or not.

  The site the domain was attached to is still available under https://mensaheatingcouk.wpcomstaging.com

  With that said, the primary domain is set to https://www.mensa-heating.co.uk/ so you can’t access it due to the redirect.

  If you set the primary domain back to mensaheatingcouk.wpcomstaging.com following the steps at https://wordpress.com/support/domains/#set-a-primary-address you’ll be able to fully access the old site.
