    How does this sound to you—

    I will refund your card $26, but put a hold on the domain name so it doesn’t get canceled along with the refund.

    Then, I’ll send you a manual billing statement for $26. You can use the corporate card to make the payment. Once the charge goes through, I’ll note it on your account.

    Yes, please cancel my payment, send me the bill, and hold my account, I will get the bill paid on Monday or Tuesday as long as I have the bill. Thanks.

    Hi, I have a follow-up question. The payment requirement you sent me is regarding to the account “Viennwen”, but I am talking about the account “UC DAVIS MBA AMBASSADORS”. Are the two in line with each other? Or should you send me a new one? Thanks.

    I see. As you didn’t mention another WordPress.com account, only the new credit card, I thought you were the party who would be making the payment. I can definitely send a new statement. Whomever I send it to will be the person responsible for the upgrade. He/she will get the notifications if the upgrade is expiring. If I send it to the account, ucdavismbaambassadors, you will not be the one who receives the emailed manually billing statement or any future notifications.
