Can I get billed as company for upgrade to WP Premium?
-
In order o get a VAT return to my company for the upgrade to WP premium, my invoice should mention in a structured way the VAT number of my company. I bought the 2 week free trial for the blog mentioned below but if possible would like to add that before the first invoice.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
First let me apologize for the delay in getting back to you. We’ve had a large increase in tickets and we’ve been digging our way out of them!
And second, in regard to your inquiry, I am looking in to this. The last thing that I want is to provide you bad information which might impact your company! As soon as I have confirmation, I will let you know!

No problem, except maybe for one: my free trial ends in a week or so and it would be great to know whether I qualify for the VAT return or not. JoB

Hiya,
I just heard back and it turns out that if you go to your Dashboard and then Store >> Billing History and then click on View/Print for your bill, you’ll see a copy of the bill. Under the section for “Billed To”, if you double-click on the name, you can edit it and insert and VAT information you need to.
Once you do, feel free to print or email as needed! :)

Thanks, I did that but my changes are not saved and a save button is not provided.
Anyway, I fear the local tax authorities will not accept just mentioning the VAT number. They will want a structured link to both company’s accounts. Maybe this is not provided for Premium – and only for the next “Business” level?

We don’t actually provide externally-available links to receipts or billing histories at any level. While you cannot save the receipt with the added VAT number in our system, you can print it to a PDF or fully print it as a document. This is the same mechanism that is available for all of our users.
