Can I get domain mapping with personal plan?

  Just that really.

  I am hovering on the buy button but the only reason I want to buy it is so that I can transfer over a domain I already own.

  With any plan, domain mapping feature is available. Each paid plan comes with a free domain credit you can use to either register a new domain, or either transfer or map one you already own.

  However, Domain mapping upgrades (using an existing domain registered at another registrar) falls within our 30-day refund window.

  Transferring the domain register with someone else to WordPress.com. Here is the support document for transferring your domain to WordPress.com:
