Can I get from the WordPress.com staff complete backup of my blog?

  Soon I have to move my this WordPress.com blog http://dzonson.wordpress.com/ to my new independed host.

  Can I get from the WordPress.com staff complete backup of my blog?

  On this my blog I have 210 post’s and lot of video-audio files and if I would be transfer all that post manually,it will be going days by days.

  As you know I have no complete backup of my blog (posts,pictures,video,audio,tags,links,categories…), just some limited size of XML part of it,not the whole blog backup.

  I will not delate my WP.com blog,I would be put on it information and give to my visitors new link of my new-old blog.
  Old blog will exist,but new posts I will write only on my new blog.

  Please,does anyone know to whom I shold apply for the complete backup of my blog?

  That’s it. Anything else you have to move manually.

  I know that,but it is only posible to upload just 2 mb. of XML…

  Ummm, the XML export gives you the full size, not just 2MB.

  If you want to re-import it to another wordpress.com blog, you can only do it 2MB at a time, but that’s not the limit on the export itself. Mine is 24MB here.

  Also, you need to do some searching over at wordpress.ORG (where self-hosted blogs are supported) as there are ways to import larger files. I’ve seen threads on that over there.

  Yes,I am hosted on http://www.bluehost.com/ and I will see that threads for importing larger files.My limit on the export files is 8.10 Mb. and that is from my backup on 2008.10.03.

  But from that day, my backups are smaller then 8 mb.,infact they don’t go higher then 4 mb.It is strange,because it has to be more then 8 mb.I have more posts from the 2008.10.03. but my backups are half smaller?

  From yesterday my backup is 3.91Mb.
  What is the reason of it?
