Can I get help for a WordPress.org website's rss feed prob. on a .com sup forum?

  Problem 1 When the rss feed button is pressed it enters two urls on the same line bringing up an Error 400 (an invalid feed request). How do I correct the problem?

  Problem 2 Since the passwords for the WordPress.org forum were reset in June I have not been able to reset my password as I never receive an email from WordPress with the new password. I check all my email accounts but do not receive any response. I would like to submit a new email, but changes in general under setting, or Your Profile under Users makes no difference. I would like to be able to access the forum. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Bob

If you’re having problems with a site not hosted with WordPress.com, we may not be able to help. To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities.

  You can find support for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress here and here. Otherwise try to set up a new WordPress.org forum account to post in their forums.
