Can I get my blog back?

I made a blog a few months ago, but some how a person accessed my account and I cant reset my password or anything. I can’t get on my account, and he is running my blog and has now copy righted it. I was going to let him just use it but I can’t stand not being able to use it. I am paying for domain which he is now using, and am the original creator. Is there any way I can get it back or at least have the blog deleted?
