Can I get my blog back?

My blog has disappeared on WordPress. I can still see it online when I look for http://www.birdsbeesandfleas.com (it’s being hosted elsewhere) but in my dashboard the posts have gone, comments have gone etc. I can’t edit anything because it’s not there. There appears to be a template with some funny colours and a header that I used initially but it looks nothing like page I set up, everything else has gone.
What do I do now?

Hi there. The reason you can’t find your blog’s dashboard on WordPress.com is because your blog isn’t hosted by WordPress.com. You have a self-hosted WordPress.ORG website, which is completely separate and different from WordPress.com: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ This support forum unfortunately only provides support for WordPress.com blogs.
Please visit the WordPress.org support forum for assistance as we won’t be able to help you here: http://wordpress.org/support/ If you don’t already have a username on that forum, click the register button in the upper right corner so you can post in that forum.
