I still have my domain but didn’t pay to renew my website. Can I get it back?

My domain is beautifulbelovedblessed.com. on bluehost it says I still have this domain but my blog is gone. I was looking to see if I could restart it again. I’m new to this so I’m not sure how to go about that?

Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. It was also not using our backup product https://jetpack.com/upgrade/backup/ so we won’t be able to directly assist with this.
Your best option is to ask your former hosting provider if they still have a backup of your account with them: https://www.bluehost.com/contact
