Can I get my command bars on new posts activated.

    Hello. On my other computer the head article on the reader reads Please enter a verification code generated by your Authenticator mobile application…. When pressed the computer is disabled and has to be restarted. I don’t know whether you’ve been hacked or not but this is very irregular. The screen does not come up on this computer.

    Secondly: Is it possible to get my command bars activated on my individual blogs? Currently they are non functional and have been for several months. I would really like to organize them properly and add pictures. You know, a little appearance. Please advise.

    It sounds like you activated two-step authentication on your account. You’ll need to check the text messages on your mobile phone – or whatever device you specified – and enter the verification code that was sent to you.

    I’m not sure what you mean by “command bars.” Would it be possible to upload a screenshot of what you’re referring to in order to help in troubleshooting?

    Hi there, do you still need any help with this? Please let me know and I’m glad to take another look.

    In terms of two-step authentication, you may just be seeing an overlay screen that can be turned off – just click the “close” link or an “X” or the image itself to make it go away.
