Can I get my money back from ordering CSS?

  I want to know if I can get my money back, I thought CSS would help me to add some HTML but it is no for that.

  I’m sorry but that’s not possible. Please note that the upgrades page clearly states:

  We do not offer refunds on credits or products purchased on WordPress.com

  I bought custom CSS and they overcharged me. Didn’t even get the extra money back. Once they have your cash, they’re not letting it go under any circumstances.

  There is nothing that we can do about this in the forums. Send in a feedback to staff through an email to support @ wordpress.com and staff can deal with you directly on these issues.
