can i get my subscribers list somehow after i've switched over to wordpress.org?

  I can’t find a list of my subscribers, is it even possible to find them or do I just have to start over on my new wordpress.org site?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Have you activated the Jetpack plug-in yet on the wordpress.org site? This will help you connect all of the stats and subscribers that you have accumulated at WordPress.com to your WordPress.org site. Once you activate Jetpack, you’ll need to contact support to have them connect the new site to the stats from the old site.
