can I get refund?

  Hello! I purchased the premium plan (Receipt ID: [redacted]; Transaction ID:[redacted]; Price: $96) on September 22nd, 2018. However, I don’t want to use WordPress anymore so I’ve deleted all my websites and contents and everything. I want to cancel all subscriptions and I want to delete my account for good. Since I paid for this yearly service for $96 two months ago, can I get a partial refund since I won’t use it anymore? Thank you for your help!

  Hi there,

  For plans and all other purchases, you must cancel within 30 days of a purchase to receive a refund. There are no refunds, pro-rated or otherwise, after 30 days.

  Please don’t post any sensitive information Like receipt Id and Transaction Id and it can be misused by anyone.

  You have taken € 96.00 from my Paypal account without my permission, I never signed up for this I have never used WordPress other than looking at it months back.

  I ask that you refund this immediately as I consider this theft and will be onto our legal team on Monday
