  I was wondering If I can get a similar layout this blog on wordpress.com; http://leafshq.com/

  If so, could anyone help me out with codes and stuff. Thanks.

  That is a self-hosted wordpress blog. If you are skilled with CSS, have the ability to create all the graphics, and have the CSS upgrade, you can achieve that look here. It looks like a good starting place would be the default twenty ten theme here.

  I’m sorry but that theme is not coded to run on free hosted wordpress.COM blogs. It’s for wordpress.ORG installs and the two wordpress.COM and wordpress.ORG run on different software.

  There is no FTP access to wordpress.com blogs and we cannot upload themes into them or plugins. We cannot edit themes or templates either. The only themes we can use on free hosted wordpress.com blogs are found here > Appearance > Themes

  That is correct. And again, even though there are a few here in the forums that help with CSS questions, it is much better if you have at least a general understanding of CSS, and how the markup (XHTML) and the CSS relate to one another.

  You can use the free preview function at appearance > edit CSS if you wish to play with things. Then once you get it where you want it, you can buy the upgrade and apply your changes.

  Do NOT paste the entire stylesheet into the CSS edit window. Put only the specific selectors, and the specific declarations you are adding or changing into the window, and make sure that “add to existing…” is selected.

  Hey There! Jeff from LeafsHQ.com here. Very happy that you like my site’s theme that you want to base your own off of it.

  First off, you could’ve just fired me off an email asking instead of trying to sneak your way around it, haha.

  The theme is based off of Mystique, which is an option in the WordPress.com theme manager. Now, I’ve done a LOT of editing to make it the way it is, but that would be the base theme you’d be looking for to start off.

  @jeff, Mystique is not a theme that is available here at wordpress.COM. We have limited themes to choose from, and that is not one of them.

  I think you are talking about self-hosted wordpress blogs, and the software from wordpress.ORG.
