  Can I have 2 blogs under same account, one private and one shared? If yes, how can I create the second one?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes you can. While in the dashboard of your existing blog, go to “my blogs” in your dashboard and on the lower right will be a link to register another blog.
