Can I have a contact us box with only my name and email address

  I would like to have a contacy box where people could enter their name and email address to receive information from me. Or just like my name and email address so they could contact me that way.

  Hi there,

  Sure! You can add a Contact Form to your Post or Page by going to Posts > Add new or Pages > Add new respectively in your WP Admin Dashboard. Please use the classic editor as the new editor does not have the option to Add a Contact Form. Take a look at this guide for more information:

  The default form will have Website and Message. You can remove those by clicking on the dash to the right of the field. It will turn red when you hover over it. Click that and it will be removed. So if you just want the name and email address it should look something like this:
