Can I have a direct access to my followers?

On websites like YouTube and Tumblr, you are able to get a full viewing of all of your followers. I think it’s helpful because it makes interaction easier i.e reblogging, commenting, following back. I have yet to find out where that is, but I want to see exactly who are my followers. I think the Stats page is helpful, but it doesn’t give me specifics. I know some come from websites I share, but I think it’s important for me to know who followed me directly from wordpress. I have never received a single e-mail when I get a new follower, comment, message, etc. even though I chose to have that function. I only get notifications from my WordPress app. Is there something I’m missing here???

Where people come from is under the Referrers Section (the summary is here: https://wordpress.com/#!/my-stats/?view=referrers&summarize&numdays=7 ). If it isn’t shown there, then chances are people just typed in the URL or used a bookmark.
