Can i have a link to another site on my blog?

  I am currently in discussion with adding another author to my blog. This person has another website – can I have a link in my sidebar to the site?

  This is called a blogroll, and you put the Links widget in your sidebar to display your blogrolls. Add them in under Dashboard — > Blogroll.

  Note that pay-per-link could violate terms of service. You can have one discreet affiliate text link, but no more than one per blog. If there’s no $ consideration, there’s no problem.
