Can I have a link to give to other people for a blog or my blogsite?

  Dear Sir or Madam, once I have published a blog, I cannot find a direct link to offer anyone to find that blog, I clicked on ‘obtain shortlink’, and got a series of numbers and letters after an http prefix, and this did not link me to the blog when I put that address in a google search bar. I also tried using the wordpress.com address at the top of the individual blog, and when used in a search bar that did not access the blog either, could you send me directions on how to obtain a blog address than I can give to people please, that will link them directly to my individual blog, or my blogsite where they can access all my published blogs at once. ps I found how to open up the SAVE DRAFT option whilst editing by moving my cursor to the right of where it says PUBLISH.
