Can I have a refund please?

I was sold the wrong version of WordPress, as there is no way of combining the Avada theme with this. We now have a WordPress.org site instead.

It looks like your WordPress.com Premium purchase was made on 8/5/14. We only provide refunds for 30 days past the date of purchase so a refund is not available. However, I’m happy to remove this upgrade from your account so you will not be charged going forward. Would you like me to do that?
Regarding your move to WordPress.org (self-hosted site), were you able to get everything transferred? I’m happy to help if you’ve run into any snags along the way!

We had nothing to transfer as we used a web designer initially to create everything in the Avada theme. We then found out (once the designer turned out to be rubbish) that we didn’t need to pay for WordPress at all, and the theme that we actually requested (Avada) is not available in your version of WordPress.
So your software has never been used, and the reason it is past the 30 day time is because it took this long for us to realise that it was not required for our build (contrary to the advice we received before the purchase).
Therefore, please downgrade the software, and as we feel it is mis-sold in the first place, please can you arrange for a refund.
