Can I have a Tumblr site on my blogroll

  On my .org site my blog roll can be sites that are not WordPress. WordPress.com can I only have WordPress sites in blogroll

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes you can add any site to the Blogroll your create in your dashboard and display them in a Links widget. If you wish to you create a blogroll of related sites that you recommend to your readers, then you enter the links into it in your dashboard Links section, and display them in a Links widget.
