Can i have ads with WordAds not only in English in my site!

Hi! I am Bulgarian, i live in Bulgaria and my site is in Bulgarian. All the ads in my site are in English. And my readers are Bulgarian. I am not sure will i earn at all some many with all ads in English. I need 70 percent from the ads in Bulgarian. Can you do it?! This will be better for me and for the advertisers. Now i have ads, but now i am not sure do i have benefit from them.
When i receive money – when i have traficc or someone have to click over the ad? If i need impressions/clicks – i think i will not become. No money for the advertisers and no money for me.
And why i don’t see the ads without to change my IP address.

As I know, WordAds pay per impression(view), not per click. So the language of the ads will not affect your income.

I received an answer from WordPress Staff but it’s not the things, that they write, look a liitle different. For expample the language. I will write them now after their answer.
