  Is it possible to use custom html somewhere in my WordPress Header? I would like to install the tracking bug called “ivw pixel” which makes it possible to have all the traffic on my blog counted by the German ivw. Please help…

  Sorry but no. You could use the code they want in a text widget but it cannot use any javascript, just plain html.
