  yes you can. just go to wordpress.com and sign up for another one.

  you might want to think about having 2 blogs with one username or if you prefer to separate the blogs with different usernames. if you want to do the latter, then you have to log out of wordpress first before going to wp.com and sign up.

  For differing usernames I think you need two email accounts. Other than that, there is no limit.
