Can i have blog in my web site if i have the premium plan? How many websites it has?

I am about to buy the premium plan. I intend to create business out of my website by having members in. Do i get membership plugin or whatever you call the service. I also want to write a blog in it. So can i do that if i buy only 1 premium plan.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. You cannot issue username account and passwords for any wordpress.COM hosted site. We bloggers do not have access to the database for wordpress.COM hosted sites.
Those can only be done on a wordpress.ORG site.

How domain mapping works

It’s a little workaround, but you may want to do it. If you feel it’s not what you want to do, you may choose to go to WordPress.ORG hosted service providers.
To use specific plugins, you will need “Business Upgrade”, “Premium Upgrade” does not allow uploading plugins.
I also want to write a blog in it.
You can create your beautiful website and have a link for your “Blog” in the Menu. All you have to do is choose a “Static Front Page” for your site and you will get another page (usually named “Blog”) for all your posts.
